Piano rental for music school

Your child has started music school and you need a piano at home. Buying one straight away, without knowing whether they will still be playing in a year, is a leap in the dark. That is exactly what renting is for: having a real instrument at home for the whole school year, without deciding anything now.

It is not a stopgap instrument: we rent out new pianos from the best brands, from the major Japanese manufacturers to the European classics. And if you then decide to buy, a full year of rental is taken off the price.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need

    A phone call or a message: who is going to play, how long they have been studying, how much room you have at home. You do not need to know anything about pianos.

  2. Choose the instrument

    An acoustic upright, an upright with a Silent system for playing through headphones, or a digital piano. We will tell you what makes sense for the player's level.

  3. We deliver it to your home

    Delivery and collection are included in the rental and are carried out by our own qualified staff, not by a courier: stairs, upper floors and positioning included.

  4. At the end of the year, you decide

    Carry on renting, move up to a better instrument, buy with a full year of rental deducted, or we come and collect it. There is no obligation to buy.

Which instrument to take

  • Acoustic upright piano

    The real thing, with strings, hammers and pedals: the touch a teacher works on from the very first lesson. Minimum commitment 12 months, the length of a school year.

  • Upright with Silent system

    The same acoustic piano, with a switch: practice through headphones at any hour, without worrying about the neighbours or a sibling asleep next door.

  • Digital piano

    The lightest option, with a minimum commitment of six months: useful when space is tight, or to see whether the interest lasts before moving to an acoustic.

The questions everyone asks

What if they stop playing after a year?
You let us know and we come and collect the instrument. The minimum commitment is 12 months (six for digital pianos) and there is no obligation to buy — that is exactly why renting exists.
Is the rental money lost if we then buy?
No. If you buy, a full year's rental is deducted from the final price, even if you choose a different instrument from the one you had at home.
What warranty does the instrument have if we buy it?
Pianos carry a five-year warranty on structural parts from the date of purchase, regardless of how long they were rented.
Can it be paid in instalments?
Yes. The monthly fee is modest, and financing with instalment payments can be arranged, both for the rental and for a later purchase.
