What you can do with the app

• A tuner for over 70 instruments

  It recognises the string you play by itself, or you choose it. Three dials (Practical, Precision and Strobe), reference pitch adjustable from 415 to 466 Hz, note names in five notations, capo, tuning history for each instrument and a final string-by-string check. You pick your instrument from a photo of its headstock (including 5 and 6-string bass and every ukulele size), with the right tunings for each, classical guitar included. Free, worldwide.

• Pro tuner

  Alternate tunings (Open G, Open D, DADGAD, E♭, Drop C and more) and custom tunings, chromatic mode, ±10 cent precision, intonation check at the 12th fret, per-string offset, sweetened tunings and external microphone.

• Metronome

  Four accent levels, subdivisions, count-in and timer; click, wood, bell and beep sounds, with lights, flash and vibration in time. It keeps playing with the screen off, with controls in the notification. With Pro: gradual tempo increase, hidden beats, saved setups, set list and polyrhythms.

• Sound analysis

  Spectrum, oscilloscope and sound level meter for everyone, to see what your instrument's sound is made of and how loud it is. With Pro: spectrogram, room reverb measurement, microphone calibration and recording.

• Practice tools

  Tempo detection from the microphone, sustained reference note, practice recording on the phone up to 15 minutes, timed exercises, chords and scales for guitar. A widget opens the tuner and metronome straight from the phone's Home screen.

• Saccuman Piano

  A piano to play on your phone or with a MIDI keyboard connected via USB or Bluetooth: real-size keys if you like, horizontal or vertical keyboard, three pedals, recordings and metronome. Free sounds to download: Yamaha C5 grand, high-quality Steinway B, Kawai upright, Yamaha Disklavier, honky-tonk and FM electric piano.

• My instruments

  Register your instruments, even if you didn't buy them from us: brand, model, serial number, strings and preferred tuning. Reminders for maintenance and string changes, service history and an instrument sheet in PDF. Those bought or rented from Saccuman appear automatically.

• Piano tuning

  For technicians authorised by Saccuman: piano tuner with an 88-key keyboard, stretch curve, inharmonicity measurement, over 60 historical temperaments and a tuning report in PDF.

• My rental

  If you rent a piano, «My rentals» shows the stages of the contract, the instalments and the bank transfer details. Delivery and collection by our staff can be followed step by step, like a shipment.

• Catalogue and cart

  The Guitars and Pianos catalogue with search, model comparison and cart, even without an account; with an account it is the same cart as on the website. When you add an instrument, the app suggests the right accessories.

• Orders and shipping

  Your order history with the status of every shipment: for BRT parcels you see status, stages and expected delivery right in the app. A notification tells you when something changes; notifications can be turned off.

• Wishlist

  Save the instruments you are interested in, find them on the website too and ask the shop a direct question about a product, without writing an email.

• Concerts

  Concerts by date or by distance from you, filtered by genre. Follow artists, venues and organisers and get a reminder before the concerts you care about. If you only need concerts, the «Concerts only» mode hides everything else.

• For musicians, venues and organisers

  Artists, bands, venues and organisers submit their concerts and look after their public page straight from the app; Saccuman staff check them before they are published on the website.

• Appointments

  If you have an appointment with us, such as a delivery or a collection, you find it in the app with date and time, and you get a notification when it is set or moved.

• News, videos, guides and services

  Shop news in the app's language, videos, instrument care and maintenance guides and all Saccuman services, with an optional notification for news and promotions.

• Seven languages, one account

  The app is in Italian, English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese and Chinese. Many features work without an account; for orders, wishlist, My instruments and Pro the website account is all you need, with no extra sign-up.

• Pro: how to get it

  Pro unlocks by itself when you buy an instrument from Saccuman, or the shop activates it. Once active it also works offline, for 30 days of use since the last check.
