Recover your account
Enter the email you registered with or, if you don't remember it, your Italian tax code (codice fiscale) or VAT number. We'll send a link to choose a new password to the email registered on your account.
If it matches an account, we have sent the link to the registered email. Check your spam folder too: the link is valid for 2 hours.
Add an email to your account
Some accounts have no email. Enter your tax code or VAT number and the email you want to use: our staff will check and add it to your account, then you'll receive the link to choose your password there.
Request received. Once our staff has checked it, you'll receive the link to choose your password at the email you entered.
